This was me today at the Lake. I'm 194.5 lbs. I looked at a May 1st picture thinking that I'd lost a whole bunch of weight but it said I weighed 196 in the other picture. I think I look at lot thinner though, more toned...and my stomach looks a bit firmer.
Either way...I'm excited that I'm brave enough now to post a picture showing my stomach.

Day 22 of 61
After a long birthday and Father's Day weekend...No workout today unless you count chasing a ball around the park a workout. Had some errands to run out of town and traffic took up my workout time.

Fix approved snack & better choices
21 Day Fix has done a lot of things but this is the best one: making good and healthy choices!!! Before I would have popped those bad boys in my mouth without thinking about it. Now I've replaced that bad habit by keeping almonds in the car with me. I probably eat 3 blue containers of them a day instead of the 1 that the program says I should eat but it's better than the alternative.

21 Day Fix approved snack
I learned a trick to making perfect hard boiled eggs a few months ago from Pinterest.
DON'T boil the eggs for a full 20 minutes like I did the first 30 something years of my life,
DO boil the eggs for 10 minutes and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Mail Call!!!
Look what came in the mail! I checked the tracking number today to see where it all was and guess what??? It came early!
I've heard of ActiVit before through my 21 Day Fix program but I'm excited to try Slimming Formula! I want to see if it'll help boost my metabolism and kick this old lady body into gear so that by the time I start my intense summer program I flow right into it instead of hitting a wall.
A few people have called Shakeology, "Crack". This is a sampler pack I got for my husband. My plan is to get him hooked on it. He needs something that has great nutritional value that he can drink while on the road. He travels a lot for his work and being in a place to eat a good meal sometimes doesn't happen, but he can drink this as he moves from job to job to keep his energy up and his tummy full!

Peanut Butter half sandwich and a handful of almonds doesn't seem like much, but when you need a little pick me up, it's the perfect alternative to junk food. (*I probably should be eating whole grain bread, but this is what was in the house at the moment. Bad on my part for letting the "good" bread run out. Next week's shopping includes the "good" bread.)

While I'm not going full blast on my exercise and diet until June 1st I am still following the 21 Day Fix eating guideline. Today's breakfast is:
1 red container of nonfat Greek yogurt
1 purple container of strawberries microwaved
I know I could buy similar breakfasts in the store but price wise and freshness and portion control are so easy with 21 Day Fix, it's insane that I wouldn't do it this way!

What is my healthy weight?
155??? In 1991? 20 hours in the gym a week and the metabolism of a 17 year old really isn't something that I can just turn the clocks back to!
240s in 2010 pregnant with my oldest kid??? This was me at my baby shower about a month before giving birth.
This was tonight wearing a maternity shirt I pulled out in a pinch. I'm a lighter 199!!!
Definitely being on my way back to below 200 agrees with me!!! Only 18 lbs until I get back to what I feel is a healthier weight for me. If I lose more than that it's just frosting on the cake!
Can't wait for my 21 Day Fix and Running Training program to start in June! I will definitely overuse that free daycare to find my new healthy weight!
