My Project Life



Family:
I'm a former high school and college athlete, daughter, sister, wife and stay at home mom of two littles.

Fitness:
As an avid runner I started to cross train with Beachbody fitness programs in January 2015. I also belong to a local gym but mostly for the daycare it provides for my family so I can complete my workouts and training without interruption.
April 2015 I signed up to be a Beachbody Coach with the hopes of helping other people reach their fitness goals. 
Nutrition:
Using the 21 Day Fix Nutrition guidelines and Shakeology I've relearned how to eat balanced, nutritional meals that have helped my running career and weight loss. 

Support:
I organize and participate in Beachbody Challenge Groups which are designed to keep me accountable while I workout. 

Success:
Even with all the distractions in my life I've focused on what I now I call PROJECT LIFE to make me a better daughter, sister, wife and stay at home mom of two littles.
