While I'm not going full blast on my exercise and diet until June 1st I am still following the 21 Day Fix eating guideline. Today's breakfast is:
1 red container of nonfat Greek yogurt
1 purple container of strawberries microwaved
I know I could buy similar breakfasts in the store but price wise and freshness and portion control are so easy with 21 Day Fix, it's insane that I wouldn't do it this way!
