Coming Soon!

Coming June 1, 2015...

Join me as I spend 2 intense months during my "RunMomMe Meltdown" in preparation for an August 1st 10k race called The Summer Breeze!  

Using the 21 day fix nutritional program and my trusty local gym membership I plan to get in shape to run a 10k road race after taking about 6 months away from the racing scene.
