This morning I completed something on my To Do List... I registered for Summer Breeze 10k August 1, 2015! I've run this race before during the Sea Breeze Race so I'm not nervous about the course or anything that will happen on the actual race day. I'm nervous now about making my goal official!
Goals are funny things. You talk about them at length, but then when it really comes down to starting the journey there is that panic moment where you ask yourself...can I really do this?
I've run 5k, 10k and even a half marathon (ok I walked a lot of it, but i finished it) distances in the past so I know the skills are there in my brain and in my body. I just need to pull them out now!
